When you sign up for our Planned Service (PS) program, you can let us worry about ensuring your heating and cooling system continues to work efficiently. With our HVAC maintenance program, we call you to schedule your Furnace and Air Conditioning Inspections so when you need your system the most, it’s ready to operate. At this time, all lubricating, cleaning and adjusting of your system is performed to keep your units running at peak, trouble-free efficiency. Potential problems are spotted before they cause trouble.
Competent Experts at Your Service
A competent, trained, dependable staff of experts looks after and “worries” about your equipment and it’s performance. We work with you to schedule your service calls when it’s convenient for you.
Planed Service increases system reliability, but should you need emergency service, PS entitles you to preferential treatment.
Choice of Programs
You set the number of PS calls per year. This will determine the cost of your Planned Service Agreement.
Your PS agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. Prices will not be raised for the following renewal periods without notifying you. Also, all PS customers receive a 15% discount on all parts needed.
